About the Brahma Glove CompanyBrahma Glove is a brand of the Consumer Division of Protective Industrial Products. Brahma Glove began as a division of Great Southern Corporation. Our goal is to provide you with a consistent, quality product at a competitive price. Here at Brahma, we keep in mind the ultimate mission of any work glove: worker safety. Injury to a worker’s hands comes from many sources: heat, cold, electrical, cuts, abrasions, chemical exposure, fatigue and others. Our gloves are manufactured worldwide under stringent quality control standards. Many are manufactured to ISO 9002 standards. Our quality control programs ensure you get the best value for your money. We at Brahma are constantly evaluating new materials and new manufacturing techniques to ensure our distributor is getting the safest and most technologically advanced gloves possible. These new materials and techniques are helping us address environmental issues worldwide. Look for the Brahma Bull on your work gloves. PIP Consumer DivisionThe Consumer Division of Protective Industrial Products, Inc. was formed in September 2006 from the acquisition of the Brahma Work Glove division of Great Southern Corporation. Shortly thereafter, PIP Consumer became the exclusive licensed supplier of the extremely popular brand, Mud® Glove. In 2008 PIP acquired West County Gardener and established itself as the industry leader in quality garden gloves. These two established brands have quickly pushed PIP Consumer into a leading role in the consumer work glove market nationally. PIP Consumer will provide a broad line of work gloves for the home enthusiast as well as the professional. Our quality will be unsurpassed as well as our ability to meet the needs of the retailer. PIP Consumer will raise the standards of performance in our industry and exceed the expectations of our customers. Our PIP Consumer Division sales force is devoted to consumer sales and promotional product sales. This allows our sales professional to concentrate on a specific market area. Our sales professionals routinely travel designated areas for which they are responsible and make sales calls with our distributors. We are accustomed to supporting our distributors by working trade shows and exhibits. |
